Storytime is designed for toddlers and preschool-aged children. Weekly half-hour storytimes are held Wednesday mornings at 10:30 a.m. and no registration is required. Theme: Snowy Things

Toddler Time

Join us for Toddler Time! A storytime just for kids ages 12-36 months and their caregivers! Songs, stories, rhymes and movement geared toward our youngest library guests. Come and join the fun! Toddler Time is on Friday from 10:30-11:00.

Book Discussion @ Tuscan Moon

The Kalona Public Library will be sponsoring gatherings of book fans with similar tastes. Discussions will include favorite books and authors. The first gathering will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30th, at the upstairs of the Tuscan Moon. The genre of the first gathering will be science fiction/fantasy and will be led by Kalona Public Library Board member Dan Ehl, a published fantasy author. Everyone is welcome to come and discuss their favorites in science fiction and fantasy!
