A free program for persons seeking to regain personal empowerment and work toward a positive future.
This 7 week program is especially for people who are affected by life changes such as, stress/anxiety, addictions, physical illness/injury, trauma/violence, mental health issues, substance abuse, and gambling obsessions. The program runs through September 24 and is presented by Hillcrest Family Services, Washington, Iowa.
