Kalona Public Library
Last Tuesday Book Club
The Last Tuesday Book Club is a book discussion group for adults. The club meets eight times over the course of a year--reading, reviewing, and discussing recent and classic works of fiction and non-fiction by authors from around the world. Book Club members choose the eight books for the coming year every spring. The Book Club takes the summer and December off. All book group meetings are held on on the last Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM, or there is also a daytime meeting the following day at 12:30 PM. April Book--Across Five Aprils By: Irene Hunt
"There is not such a cradle of democracy upon the earth as the Free Public Library, this republic of letters, where neither rank, office, nor wealth receives the slightest consideration."
— Andrew Carnegie
